St. Seraphim R.B. Foundation is dedicated to the upliftment and support of the Bulgarian people. Our mission is to be a catalyst for positive and lasting change.

Our goals
To assist and support the development and improvement of the infrastructure of settlements in the Republic of Bulgaria;
To assist and support the development and promotion of healthcare, education, science, culture, engineering, technologies and physical culture;
To assist and support the protection and preservation of the environment, to assist people in need and in disadvantaged situations in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Means to achieve the goals
Donations and bequests from Bulgarian and foreign individuals and legal entities;
Other income and proceeds, in accordance with the established legal order;
The subject of a donation or bequest may be sums of money, movable and immovable property, property rights, rights to intellectual and industrial property, securities, equity participation, rights to companies, rights to shares, receivables and other property rights.
All donations made are entered in a special book for donations.
